Brake Tooling Cart Aluminum

This lightweight aluminum shop cart is purpose-built for efficiently transporting and organizing CNC press brake punches and dies throughout your facility. The shelves feature integrated plastic grooves to securely hold tooling, preventing damage during loading and unloading.

The top shelf sits 40" off the ground—aligned with the bed height of most CNC press brakes—allowing you to slide heavy dies directly from the cart onto the machine with minimal effort. With an industry-leading capacity of 88 linear feet of tooling and bi-directional shelf slots, the cart enables convenient access and storage from either side.

The cart ends include pegboard-style holes for mounting essential accessories such as tape measures, calipers, angle gauges, or your Impact poly hammers!

Available in a selection of colors, this cart can be customized to match your shop or designated production areas. Options are available for both American and New Standard style tooling.   If the New Standard tooling style is ordered the center plastic dividers will remain lower (dies only) to give room for the optional drawer.

Constructed from raw aluminum for strength and reduced weight, the cart is easy to maneuver while standing up to demanding shop environments. It features four 6" swivel casters—two with locking brakes—for smooth mobility and secure positioning.

The cart supports a maximum load capacity of 2,000 lbs, with up to 650 lbs per shelf.  Always be sure to load the bottom sleeves first

An optional drawer can be added to hold your small items such as tape rolls, hammers, and anything else you want protected from the shop environment.  The drawer features a unique dual slider system with center detent so items can be accessed from either side of the cart.

Overall dimensions: 40" H x 32" W x 18" D.
Ships unassembled to reduce shipping costs and can be easily assembled using the included hardware and instructions.
